RHAWA will be hosting our Annual Business Meeting at Kerloo Cellars in SoDo, where you will be treated to a wine tasting experience as well as hear from our new Executive Director, elect new members to the Board of Directors, and get updates on what we have in store for 2019. We have had some great successes this year and will recognize the achievements that have been made as well as providing you with a blueprint of what the association will be focusing on for the next year to continue improving your experience as an RHAWA member.

The Kerloo Cellars tasting room will have a mixture of standing and seating options for you, allowing you to grab a table with a few close friends or wander the space and make some new ones! No matter where you end up, we’ll find you with a glass of wine and a plate of delicious bites to pair with it. With a 50-space parking lot in front of the building as well as a free garage next door, not to mention ample street parking, you’ll have an easy time getting to the venue and a very short trip to get inside.

In addition to the wine tasting our program for the evening will feature Executive Director Sean Martin providing you with an update on the many things RHAWA has been working on in 2018 including:
- our ongoing advocacy on behalf of independent landlords,
- new features and improvements to our website,
