Landlord Certification Process
The landlord certification process is a one-time requirement to ensure each member who wants to receive credit information is in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and has a legitimate need for the reports. This is mandated by the federal credit bureaus. Please be aware that if you let your RHAWA membership lapse, there is a re-certification process that you will be required to go through if you decide to rejoin at a later date.
