  1. 1031 exchange

  2. 721 transfer into REIT

  3. Qualified opportunity zone (“QOZ”) fund

  4. Charitable remainder trust (“CRT”)

  5. Installment note trust (aka “Deferred Sales Trust”TM)

Additional topics will include debt replacement considerations, depreciation tracking, procedural requirements and general tax implications.
