New laws governing the practices of housing providers have been accumulating at lightening speed over the last few years at the state legislature and in over a dozen local governments in Washington. In this 3-hour class, experienced landlord-tenant attorney, Kaitlyn Jackson will review all the new state and local laws and share best practices for managing properties under these confusing and often conflicting tenant protections.

Certificate for 3-clock hours continuing education is available for licensed Real Estate Brokers.
