Description: Knowing your legal rights and the rights of your tenants is critical to your success as a landlord. This class provides a broad introduction to landlord-tenant law and an overview of the Washington State Residential Landlord Tenant Act (RLTA).  Even experienced landlords are encouraged to review the RLTA every few years, as the law is regularly revised. Instructor, Kaitlyn Jackson practices Business Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant matters in Western Washington.
