Many fair housing complaints originate during the screening process, especially when receiving multiple applicants for a single tenancy. In this webinar you’ll hear from both RHAWA’s Tenant Screening director, Chartrice Young and experienced landlord-tenant attorney, Christopher Cutting about how to properly screen applicants while minimizing the risk of expensive fair housing claims. Recent changes related to immigration status and eviction history will be discussed.
