More new laws were recently passed for the City of Seattle and now we also have laws impacting rental properties in Unincorporated King County. Attorney Christopher Cutting will provide an in depth explanation of the new laws, when they go into effect, how they interplay with Washington State law and how you will need to change your operating procedures to comply.
