Event Details

The last few years have brought significant changes to Seattle zoning that may impact your decisions regarding the best use of your rental property, including the new residential small lot (RSL) designation and low rise lots (LR 1, 2, 3). In this class, Neil Ayton and Tin Min Fong will outline the key changes in terms of density, parking requirements and Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA) requirements, and explain their method for evaluating the re-development potential of your property.

This session is offered ONLINE only. After class, all participants will receive a link to recorded session (accessible for 30 days) and downloadable materials for review.
