In 2019 the City of Tacoma put new rental regulations into effect in 2019. Since then, the Washington State legislature has adopted several components of the Tacoma regulations and has now added many more sweeping changes to state law. Christopher Cutting, attorney and RHAWA board member will review the Tacoma rental regulations and how they interplay with county programs and state regulations.
