Ms. Bachtel founded the firm in January 2000. Prior to this, she was Vice President and Property Manager for a major Seattle-based property management firm for over 20 years. In addition, Ms. Bachtel earned her Cerified Property Manager designation in 1988. Bachtel Property Management, Inc. has experience and knowledge. It is large enough to obtain volume discounts from suppliers and priority service from vendors, but small and flexible enough to work on a personal basis.
