We are a husband and wife/lifelong Seattle area general contracting team committed to providing the highest quality of service, on time, every time at reasonable rates. We have been working with property owners in Seattle and the surrounding area for 10 years as a home services business, and we would like to develop a working relationship with you as well. As former resident apartment managers for a combined 22 years, we have a thorough understanding of the challenges in keeping properties in the best condition possible.

We specialize in full/partial interior painting, minor electrical/plumbing and general repairs. As general contractors, we can also provide and oversee vendors for those services we do not perform-electricians, plumbers, cleaners, carpet cleaners, etc.
