Mountlake Terrace Additional Rental Assistance Available
The Snohomish County Dispute Resolution Center has additional funding for housing providers in Mountlake Terrace through Volunteers of America.
This program can fund up to $4,000 of rental arrears from March 2020 through November 2020. The program requires a lease, ledger and declaration from the tenant that their income was severely impacted by Covid-19, which led to the nonpayment of rent. There are no income requirements or eligibility to obtain this rental assistance. This program is only available until November 20, 2020.
