Get ready, advocates! The 2025 Legislative Session is quickly approaching, and lawmakers will be making decisions regarding many important landlord/tenant issues. It is crucial for you to register and attend our weekly 2025 Legislative Session Virtual Grassroots Briefing Room!

This weekly briefing room event will allow our government affairs staff and lobbyists to:

• Discuss proposed bills and how you may be able to influence your representatives as they consider which to endorse.
• Assist you with signing up for your remote committee testimony.
• Help you to prepare your speaking points and review your testimony.
• Talk to elected officials and other industry influencers.
• Get your questions answered.

Additional Involvement

		State Advocacy Center Visit our state advocacy center for active legislative bill campaigns. These campaigns allow you to e-mail lawmakers in just a few clicks.
		Virtual Hearing Green Rooms Registering for this weekly briefing room, will also give you access to our virtual green rooms. Green rooms will be held two hours prior to each scheduled bill hearing. Details of each green room will be posted on this event page throughout session. A confirmation e-mail will be sent prior to each virtual green room. Our government affairs staff will be present to brief you on the bill.
