Annual Membership Dues

Vendor Member

If your company provides products or services which target Washington's independent rental owner and others in the rental housing industry, you’ve come to the right place to reach the decision makers. Dues are based on your company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI).

Company's AGI is less than $200,000: $345 per year

Company's AGI is $200,000+: $455 per year

This membership is designed for those who own or manage and wish to market or sell their products and services. 

Vendor & Rental Property Owner

Dues are based on the company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI) and the number of units owned or managed, and range from $550 - $3,150 per year.

Vendor & Manufactured Housing Communities 

Dues are based on the company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI) and the number of units owned or managed, and range from $370 - $580 per year.

Vendor + Property Management Companies

Dues are based on the company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI) and the number of units owned or managed, and range from $750 - $3,250 per year.
