The Compliance & Operational Rental Excellence (CORE) Series is a statewide, in-person educational tour designed for rental housing providers who want to stay compliant, reduce risk, and operate with confidence in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Consisting of two sessions and presented in three regions, the series brings Washington's leading industry experts directly to your area for focused, practical education you can put to use immediately. The CORE Series offers 2.5 hours of practical, in-person education with time for questions, a convenient Saturday morning schedule, opportunities to connect with peers, flexible registration options, and light refreshments to make learning easy and accessible.
