RHAWA is helping independent landlords self-manage their properties. One of the ways we do that is through our rental forms. You can find the RHAWA Application for Tenancy, as well as our Washington State compliant leases. We include single and multi-family leases for Washington State along with city-specific leases.

Our forms do not stop there. We have lease addenda for every situation. Our frequently used addenda include our Pet Addendum and our Roommate Addendum. In case you might need to issue a notice during a tenancy, we have all the necessary notices and invoices for those situations. When your tenant decides to move, we have helpful forms like the Deposit Refund Statement and the Move-Out Reminder that help you manage your move-out process.

RHAWA forms are tailored specifically to state and city laws unique to Washington and are updated as laws change. Our forms are also reviewed annually by an attorney with over 30 years of landlord-tenant law experience. You can either print forms and fill in with a pen, or you can download forms, save to your computer, and open in Acrobat Reader to type into fillable fields.
