LINK Meeting | Spokane Valley

Many of our members have dealt with unique and often difficult situations while providing housing as a small landlord. Small landlords often have to solve these problems on their own, which makes it of upmost importance to be prepared for any scenario. This week, RHAWA has included a few examples of unique, difficult, situations based on the lived experience of our members. We encourage link meeting attendees to read through these scenarios and brainstorm as to how they would deal with a similar situation. We also encourage attendees to share their own “Horror Stories” and allow the group to discuss how they might have delt with the situation.
