In this two-hour class, learn the details of Seattle’s recently reinstated First in Time law. Seattle Attorney, Christopher Cutting will review required procedures for advertising, screening and offering tenancy including how to:
- Write objective screening criteria that includes specific required language
- Follow specific timing requirements for working with applicants
- Comply with other Seattle laws such as Source of Income and Fair Chance Housing
