QuickApp
Due to errors in the QuickApp tenant screening application, all applications must be submitted manually until corrections are implemented. According to the estimates of our software provider, the automated system will be available again on 11/23/2022.
In the meantime, you may download a screening application from either Rental Leases + Forms or MHC Leases + Forms (Find under Screening/Tenant Selection Forms). Once this application is completed by your prospective tenant, please email to screening@RHAwa.org who will run the report manually. When the report is complete, you will receive an email notification.
