Freemium
Individuals interested in Property Management but not yet ready to commit to a full membership. Benefits include digital subscriptions to our CURRENT newspaper, access to additional online content, monthly Connections email, and Rental Housing AcademyTM and event notifications. This is a 6-month free subscription and does not Auto-Renew. You may upgrade this Freemium subscription to a full membership at any time by contacting membership@RHAwa.org.
Rental Property Owner
Independent landlord who owns rental property. Dues are based on the number of rental units owned and range from $265 - $2,860 per year.
Manufactured Housing Community
Independent property owners who own manufactured housing communities. Dues are based on the number of lots owned. 1-199 lots receive two user licenses, 200+ lots receive 10 user licenses. Additional licenses may be added at checkout.
Property Management Company
Property Management Companies who manage rental property. Dues are based on the number of rental units managed and range from $500 - $3,000 per year.
Vendor Member
If your company provides products or services which target Washington's independent rental owner and others in the rental housing industry, you’ve come to the right place to reach the decision makers. Dues are based on your company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI) and range from $345 - $455 per year.
Dual MHC + Vendor
Receive both MHC and vendor member benefits for companies and/or individuals who both own manufactured housing communities and wish to market or sell their products and services. Dues are based on the company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI) and the number of units owned or managed, and range from $370 - $580 per year.
Dual RPO + MHC
Receive both MHC and regular member benefits for companies and/or individuals who both own manufactured housing communties and rental property. Dues are based on the number of units owned or managed, and range from $350 - $2,755 per year.
Dual Property Mgmt + MHC
Receive both MHC and property management benefits for companies and/or individuals who both own manufactured housing communities and have a property management company. Dues are based on the number of units owned or managed, and range from $850 - $3,550 per year.
Dual Property Mgmt + Vendor
Receive both property management and vendor member benefits for companies and/or individuals who both have a property management company and wish to market or sell their products and services. Dues are based on the company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI) and the number of units owned or managed, and range from $750 - $3,250 per year.
Dual RPO + Vendor
Receive both regular and vendor member benefits for companies and/or individuals who both own rental property and wish to market or sell their products and services. Dues are based on the company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI) and the number of units owned or managed, and range from $550 - $3,150 per year.
Enterprise
Independent landlord who owns rental property. Includes RPO, MHC, and vendor benefits. Dues are based on units & lots owned /managed plus $250 for vendor add-on.
Rental Housing Assoc Coalition
Individuals interested in participating in the Rental Housing Association Coalition. Benefits include digital subscriptions to advocacy updates and call to actions. This is a 6-month partnership and does not auto-renew. This subscription does not provide any additional member benefits.
