The premier rental housing association in Washington State

The Rental Housing Association of Washington (RHAWA) is a statewide association currently made up of more than 5,100 members who own, operate, manage, and invest in rental housing. We are the premier rental housing association in the state and provide valuable resources for independent rental owners and managers to operate their rentals, including legal forms, education, screening, and other online and services.
