We are excited to officially launch Rental Management Access Portal (RMAP), a 100%
product which automates the lease signing process for RHAWA members
Launching this November, the newest addition to RHAWA’s membership benefits provides all RHAWA members with a free portal integrated with our online tenant screening services. This will allow leases and addendums to automatically populate with an approved applicant’s information and to be signed online via e-signature.
An additional bonus is that online rent pay via ACH or credit card transaction is included. Studies show that tenants set up for online rent pay are far less likely to have unpaid rent or incur late fees, and the hands-free process for our members makes this a no-brainer solution to ensure that rent is paid in full and on time.
To enjoy this new member benefit all RHAWA members have to do is go to RHAwa.org/RMAP and sign in. You choose which forms to use when approving an applicant. Once an applicant is approved the forms you select auto-populate with the tenant’s information. All that’s needed is a final check before sending the lease documents to the tenant for electronic signing and the process is complete!
