On April 11, RHAWA will be bringing together experts from all aspects of the rental housing industry for one day to provide you with the information and contacts you need to get the most out of your rental property. With a dozen breakout sessions, an exhibitor hall packed with vendors, our terrific keynote speaker, and an amazing venue to host us, this is an event you absolutely don’t want to miss!
As the Spring Workshop + Tradeshow has evolved over the years we have continued to improve and expand what we can offer to attendees. What this means for you is more content specifically developed to address the needs of independent landlords from every session during the day. It also means that we have more vendor partners for you to meet and talk with in our exhibitor hall to make those crucial connections for your rental business. In order to make sure this is an experience everyone can benefit from, we’ve brought in an all new set of speakers and many new vendors. Whether this is your first SWTS or you’re a seasoned vet, there will be new and interesting information for you throughout the day.
Because we have so much great content, we want to make sure that you get as much of it as possible. That’s why this year, we will be making audio recordings of every breakout session so we can distribute them after the event to all of our attendees. We’re also giving away flash drives pre-loaded with every breakout presentation to the first 125 registrations. This will allow you to attend the sessions you want without worrying that you’ll miss out on something in another session you are interested in. The RHAWA Spring Workshop + Tradeshow will be held at the Lynnwood Convention Center on April 11, 2018 from 8:30am-3:30pm. Registration for RHAWA members is only $75, and non-member registration is $100. Your registration includes complimentary parking, coffee and breakfast, a full buffet lunch, and of course access to all of the amazing speakers and exhibitors all day long.
