LINK Meeting | East King County

Tuesday, July 15, 2025
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (PDT)

Dave & Buster's Bellevue

11639 Northeast 4th Street
Bellevue, WA 98004

Event Details

A housing provider may have many reasons to end a tenancy and follow through with eviction if necessary. Based on the situation, they can serve a 3-day Notice to Quit, 10-Day Comply or Vacate, 14-Day Pay Rent or Vacate, End of Tenancy Notice (formerly known as 20-Day Termination Notice) or End of Term Notice.

There are separate and varied "just cause eviction" laws in the cities of Auburn, Burien, Federal Way, Seattle, Unincorporated King County and the State of Washington governing the use of the End of Term Notice and End of Tenancy Notice. Before serving these notices, refer to tables 1 and 2 below showing how to use these notices based on the location of the rental property.

Open to anyone, so bring a friend! You are just responsible for your own food & beverages.

Registration required.
