Registration and (future) Inspection: Vancouver

Learn about Vancouver's new rental registration program before the portal opens on January 1. Take advantage of the free licensing period in the first three months of 2026. Samantha Whitley, Housing Programs Manager for the City of Vancouver will review all aspects of registration and business licensing requirements. She will also discuss the future plans for adding an inspection requirement beginning in 2027.
