Thanks to a total of four new ordinances that went into effect in 2022, increasing rent in the City of Seattle is more complex than ever. Now with several month's experience working under these new laws, Christopher Cutting, housing provider, attorney and RHAWA vice-president will explain the requirements and share best practices for various common circumstances. He will also discuss any questions related to managing rent increases in Seattle as time permits.
