Cancellation Policy

Offering over 50 courses on rental operations, landlord-tenant law, property investment, and rental business management

Cancellation / Refund Policy: All cancellations/transfers must be in writing and can be emailed, faxed, or mailed. Cancellations received/postmarked more than five (5) business days prior to the course will receive a refund otherwise no refund will be issued. No refunds will be made on events.

Cellular Phones: All participants who bring cellular phones to RHAWA programs must keep them turned off during the presentation.

Course Cancellation: Although courses are seldom cancelled, if insufficient registrations are received the course will be cancelled five (5) business days in advance of the presentation date. In the event a seminar is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund.

Distribution of Materials: Materials prepared by RHAWA are designed for and available only to participants attending such programs. The materials or portions thereof are not otherwise available for sale to individuals or educational institutions.

Miscellaneous: The prices, dates, and locations of the presentations listed in the RHAWA CURRENT, Resource Guide and any other RHAWA publication/promotional materials are subject to change without notice. Event policies are in effect for all RHAWA sponsored events. RHAWA reserves the right to make speaker substitutions at any time without notification to registrants. These event policies are subject to change without notice by action of the RHAWA Board of Directors.

Registration: Registration for events may be made via email, over the internet, or by telephone with credit card. Payment must accompany each registration for each event. RHAWA orders course materials based upon the number of prepaid registrants for each course. Walk-in participants will be admitted upon payment of fee and as space permits. At the first course break, any extra manuals available will be distributed to the walk-ins. All registrants must prepay in full before admittance to any program.

Substitutions: Substitutions of registrants are permitted at all RHAWA events, seminars, and conferences. You must notify RHAWA the day before the event.

Weather Cancellation Policy: In the case of snow, fog, and any other types of weather, as long as the speaker/instructor can arrive and teach the class and the facility is open and functioning, all events will take place. If a participant chooses not to attend based on weather conditions, no refunds will be made.
