In case you haven't noticed, the City of Spokane has been busy passing rental regulations every year since 2023. Registration and Inspections, portable background checks, longer rent increase notices, cooling device rights, anti "price fixing," and now new delays in the pay or vacate process. In this class, Attorney Steven Schneider will explain the new ordinance on "Eviction Diversion" going into effect on June 1, 2026, and then review existing Spokane Regulations of Residential Rental Housing.
