Four courses, over ten hours of instruction specially designed for the independent rental property owner. All material is targeted for the property owner who selects their own policies and rental operations procedures.

Washington Housing Provider Workshop (2023-2024)

Comprehensive four-hour workshop on operating residential rentals in Washington, including new State laws, fair housing, best practices for efficient operations and how to ensure you are following any local laws. Instructor: Chris Benis, Attorney and RHAWA Legal Counsel.

Seattle Housing Provider Workshop (2023-2024)

Comprehensive four-hour workshop on operating residential rentals in the City of Seattle, including relevant State laws, fair housing, best practices for efficient operations and all of the laws unique to the City of Seattle. Instructors: Cory Brewer, Property Management Professional and RHAWA Board Member; Christopher Cutting, Attorney and RHAWA Vice President.
