COVID Rental Assistance

The Washington State Legislature passed HB 1368, which allocates $365 million in rental assistance to counties to distribute. Similar to the rental assistance afforded in the CARES act in late 2020, counties will be responsible for distributing funds that they receive. Each county has a different application process and regulations that they have imposed on the funds.

We will update this page as we receive information on each jurisdiction’s distribution program. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to advocacy@RHAwa.org
