Clean Buildings Performance Standard for Multifamily Buildings

In March 2022, the Clean Buildings expansion bill was signed into law that included Tier 2 covered buildings and multifamily buildings over 20,000 square feet. Members of the Clean Buildings staff from the Department of Commerce will walk through the requirements of meeting compliance with the Clean Buildings Performance Standard (CBPS), the tools and resources available along with some of the funding opportunities that building owners can take advantage of.
