Once you offer tenancy to a prospect, your landlord-tenant relationship is set to begin. Attorney Kaitlyn Jackson and Rental Property Owner/Professional, Enrique Jevons will discuss best practices for general communications and use of legal forms to encourage compliance with terms, manage rents, handle repairs and maintenance, change rules, and enforce compliance with terms of your agreement. We will review new laws on serving notices and managing rent increases.
Licensed Real Estate Brokers: A 4-clock-hour continuing education certificate will be available for those who complete both segments of the 2-part WA Housing Provider Workshop: Getting Ready to Rent (June 12) and Managing Tenants (June 18) + online quiz.
