Event Details

Over the last ten years, state statutes and local government codes governing rental agreement terms have become a minefield of potential violations every time you set terms on a lease. Attorney Chris Benis will review a standard RHAWA lease form section by section, highlighting and discussing the purpose, state and local legal requirements, and best practices for setting specific terms throughout the agreement.
