Event Details

While it is illegal to deny tenancy in WA State because an applicant has a Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), you are not required to accept tenancy if that applicant does meet your non-discriminatory rental criteria such as credit history, eviction history or previous landlord references. Come joining us as we have a conversation about all the ins and outs of Subsidy Programs.

Open to anyone, so bring a friend! You are just responsible for your own food & beverages.
