Tacoma Rental Law Updates
Online Only
Event Details
After two years being stuck with overlapping rental housing codes, one created by City Council and the other by a voter's initiative, the City of Tacoma has finally been able to harmonize their rental housing regulations under a new ordinance effective on January 1, 2026. Attorney Christopher Cutting will highlight the changes and review the entire Tacoma Rental Housing code, explaining how to comply while also following Washington State law.
