Once you offer tenancy to a prospect, your landlord-tenant relationship is set to begin. Attorney Christopher Cutting and Property Management Professional, Cory Brewer will discuss best practices for general communications and use of legal forms to encourage compliance with terms, manage rents, handle repairs and maintenance, change rules, and enforce compliance with terms of your agreement. We will review new laws on serving notices and managing rent increases.
