Mary's Place Holly Jolly Party - Volunteer Opportunities!
Our community has donated wonderful gifts for our families through the Mary’s Place Holiday Giving Tags
program this season, and now it’s time to share the joy! Please join Mary's Place as their Holly Jolly ‘elves’ to help make the magic happen and the season bright for all of their supported families!
Kids will be paired up with ‘personal shoppers’ to pick out and wrap presents for their parents, and parents
can select new gifts and toys for their children. Each family will also receive warm winter clothing, gift cards for new shoes, photos with Santa, a nice meal, and more!

Pre-Party Preparation

- Assist with sorting and loading trucks with decorations, gifts, etc.
Party Set-Up
Thursday, December 20
Location: CenturyLink Field Event Center (800 Occidental Ave S)
Shift #1: 10:30 am – 1:30 pm
Shift #2: 1 – 4 pm
- Unload trucks and help set up and decorate for the party!
Holly Jolly Party
Thursday, December 20
Location: CenturyLink Field Event Center (800 Occidental Ave S)
Shift #1: 4 – 7 pm
Shift #2: 6:30 – 9:30 pm
- Greeters & Good-Byes: Welcome our guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they
head home, gifting them a shoe card and warm winter clothing as they leave - Coat/Bag Check: Help families store their coats, bags, strollers, etc.
- Info Guide: Help families find their way around the event and make sure they visit all the
different activity stations - Gift Store Registrar: Help families fill out cards specifying gifts that they would like
- Food Service: Seat and welcome families, help clear tables when they’re done
- Store Attendants: Keep our ‘stores’ stocked and organized for our guest shoppers
- Gift Wrappers: Help kids and parents wrap their gifts
- Personal Shoppers: Shop alongside our kids and parents to help them select gifts
- Activity Stations: Help run one of the different activity booths for kids
