Washington state’s Landlord Mitigation Fund was established in 2018 to support landlords working with tenants on rental assistance. It was expanded to support eviction reinstatement payment plans provided for in laws effective in 2019. Now it has been expanded again to help landlords in various situations related to COVID rental arrears. Program administrator, Nick Yuva will explain how the various programs works and answer your questions.
