The King County Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP) will be operational in a few weeks. When it is, it will involve a streamlined notification process. At this webinar, Toni Ball, the Landlord Engagement Specialist at the Dispute Resolution Center of King County, will show you the updated ERPP Notice and on-line form for uploading notices directly into the DRC database. Tony will also discuss her role and how she might assist you through the Eviction Resolution process
