Washington’s Residential Landlord-Tenant Act provides a complete legal framework for operating residential rentals through the entire life cycle of tenancy. In the first session of this two-part course, attorney and landlord, Chris Benis, will take you through RCW 59.18, beginning with setting up operations to signing a lease.
